A: Lipstyck Lab is a unique makeup experience where guests can create custom lipstick or lip gloss. Our team of experts are there to help you choose your colors, pigments, and additives to create the perfect lip product for you.

Q: What is the price for Lipstyck Lab?
 

A: Lipstyck Lab is priced at $50.00 per person. This includes your choice between a lipstick or lip gloss, pigments and additives you need to create your perfect product.

Q: Does Lipstyck Lab offer gift cards?
 

A: Yes, we offer e-gift cards that can be sent via email or physical gift cards that can be purchased in-store.

Q: What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
 

A: Things happen, and we understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we will be happy to provide you with a gift card or credit to your account that you can use to reschedule up to one year after your purchase.
 

Q: Can I bring wine to Lipstyck Lab?
 

A: Yes, you can bring up to 2 bottles of wine to enjoy during your experience.

Q: Can Lipstyck Lab duplicate a discontinued color?
A: Yes, we can create a custom blend that is close to the discontinued color. We recommend leaving the product for 3-4 days to ensure a close match.

Q: Can I bring food to Lipstyck Lab?    
 

A: Food is not allowed in the studio, except for private events.

Q: How can I book a private event at Lipstyck Lab?
 

A: To book a private event at Lipstyck Lab, simply fill out our party inquiry form and someone will be in touch with you within 48 hours. All parties require a Lipstyck Lab Private Experience.

Q: Can I decorate for my private event at Lipstyck Lab?
 

A: Yes, you can decorate for your private event at Lipstyck Lab. However, all decorations must be removed once the party is over. 

We do not allow glitter or confetti.

You must also bring your own supplies, such as cups, plates, forks, and tablecloths.

Q: What is the minimum number of guests required for a private session at Lipstyck Lab?
 

A: Private sessions at Lipstyck Lab require a minimum of 10 guests. You will be responsible for payment of all attendees, even if some guests do not show up.
 

Q: Can I come early to my appointment?
 

A: Yes, you can arrive up to 10 minutes before your appointment time.

Q: What are the business hours of Lipstyck Lab.?
 

A: We are open on 

Wednesday  Thursday from 1pm - 6pm, 

Friday from 1 pm - 8 pm, and 

Saturday from 1pm - 6 pm.
