A: Lipstyck Lab is a one-of-a-kind makeup experience where you can create your own custom lipstick or lip gloss. Our expert team will guide you through selecting pigments, colors, and additives to craft a lip product that’s uniquely yours.
💡 Note: You’ll be working with pure pigments during color creation. We recommend avoiding white clothing and wearing long sleeves to protect your outfit.

Q: What is the price for Lipstyck Lab?

A: Adults: $50 per person — includes your choice of lipstick or lip gloss, plus all pigments and additives needed to create your perfect product.

• Kids (12 & under): $35 — gloss only.

Q: Does Lipstyck Lab offer gift cards, and how do I redeem them?

A: Yes! We offer both e-gift cards (sent via email) and physical gift cards (available in-store).

• E-Gift Cards: Apply your card when booking your appointment online.

• Physical Gift Cards: Call us at 412-394-1426 to schedule your appointment with our team — we’ll apply your gift card when you arrive at The Lab.

Q: What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A: We understand that life happens. While all sales are final and non-refundable, we’re happy to provide a gift card or account credit that can be used to reschedule within one year of your original purchase.

Q: Can I bring wine to Lipstyck Lab?

A: Yes! Lipstyck Lab is BYOB-friendly. 🍷 You’re welcome to bring wine to enjoy during your experience — just remember to bring your own cups.
Please note: If you appear noticeably intoxicated upon arrival, you will not be serviced. Our goal is to keep The Lab safe, enjoyable, and fabulous for everyone. 💋

Q: Can Lipstyck Lab duplicate a discontinued color?

A: Absolutely! We can create a custom blend that closely matches your discontinued shade. To ensure the most accurate match, please allow a 1–2 week turnaround. (Rush matching is not available.)

Q: Can I bring food to Lipstyck Lab?

A: Unfortunately, no food is permitted in The Lab. We like to keep the space clean, safe, and strictly glam. 💋

Q: Can I arrive early to my appointment?

A: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This helps us ensure that every guest enjoys an uninterrupted experience and allows our team to disinfect and reset between sessions.
If you arrive too early, we may kindly ask you to relax at the nearby Starbucks until it’s time for your session. ☕

Q: Do you accept tips?

A: Tips are never required, but they’re always appreciated. If you’d tip a pizza driver, why not the artist who handcrafted your perfect shade? A little appreciation keeps the glam flowing at The Lab.

Q: What are Lipstyck Lab’s business hours?

A: We operate by appointment only.
Our typical days are Thursday and Saturday, 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM.

Q: How can I book a private session?

A: Private sessions require a $175 non-refundable fee to lock in your date and time. This fee does not include lip products. Simply fill out our Party Inquiry Form, and we’ll contact you within 48 hours.
Please note: Lipstyck Lab is not an event space — all guests must be active participants in the experience.

Q: What is the minimum number of guests for a private session?

A: Private sessions require a minimum of 10 guests.
