Meet Jae'

I’m Jaé, the proud owner and creator of Lipstyck Lab, Pittsburgh’s first custom Lipstyck Bar. I’m a licensed cosmetologist with over 20 years in the beauty industry and a lifelong passion for all things fabulous, feminine, and creative.

My love for lip color started when I was a little girl, mixing my mom’s Avon lipstick samples just to see what I could create. I didn’t know it then, but that curiosity would spark a career built on color, confidence, and creativity.

After two decades in the industry, I wanted to bring something different to Pittsburgh—a city known for sports but ready for style. Lipstyck Lab was born from that vision: a space where women can create, connect, and celebrate themselves through the art of custom beauty.
